Ubisoft and ESL are teaming up to structure a professional Rainbow Six Siege league.
Rainbow Six Pro League will begin in March of this year on both Xbox One and PC. The first tournament will be an eight-match European competition played on the PC version in Katowice, Poland. Following tournaments in North America, and on the Xbox, will occur within weeks after that.
“Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege was built from the ground up with competition in mind,” according to the game’s creative director, Xavier Marquis. “We’re excited to partner with ESL, one of the biggest names in eSports, to deliver a league for Rainbow Six Siege fans to compete and enjoy the game they love.”
